Have The Right Brush On Hand For The Toughest Cleaning Job

Nylon, bronze or stainless steel bristles means you will always have the correct brush on hand even for the toughest cleaning requirement. Flexible, double-ended design is best around in the shop; can be put to dozens of uses cleaning, polishing and restoring. Blue or white nylon takes care of fresh carbon or powder residue inside or out but won’t scratch your firearm’s finish. Extra-gentle white nylon is also perfect for cleaning delicate wood surfaces. Bronze cleans more stubborn residue on metal surfaces that require more aggressive scrubbing action like inside slides, receivers or locking lugs. Stainless steel is best for aggressive cleaning of fouling other brushes won’t touch. Use stainless steel on interior surfaces only because it will scratch and mark most gun steels and finishes.

Product Description

Military-Approved, Double-Ended Cleaning Power For Guns & Parts

Developed for the U.S. Armed Forces to clean M16/M4 rifles quickly and effectively and get them back into action. Double-ended, solvent-proof, polypropylene handle provides a large, contoured series of nylon bristles to cover curves and open areas, while the short, extra-stiff, narrow line of bristles tackles the really tough crud in those hard to reach areas. Gets down inside actions, pistol slides, around the extractor star on revolver cylinders, plus provides superior scrubbing action for individual parts and hard-to-reach areas on shop machinery. Enough bristle backbone to remove greasy gun dirt, yet won’t scratch delicate blued surfaces. We’ve used them with d’Solve™, EZ-Soak™, WD-40, Hoppes bore cleaners, and a host of other solvents and oils on everything from fine custom rifles to neglected, black powder guns. An exceptionally good, practical, cleaning brush for use at the bench or in the field.

Product Description

Stainless Steel, Brass Or Nylon Bristles Stitched-In Wood Handle

Our finest, small cleaning brushes. Stainless steel stitching laced all the way through the handle keeps the bristles in place and prevents pull-out under even the heaviest use. Made for the aircraft industry to exceed mil specs so you know they'll last in the gun shop too. Handle is 7-ply, no split laminate that stands up to all solvents and hard scrubbing. Available in three bristle materials to suit any job. Stainless Steel (C) - Crimped wire that holds its shape well. Fantastic for parts washing and also an excellent choice for removing welding scale in tight corners (like bolt knob jobs!). Stainless Steel (S) - Straight wire that gives a slightly softer scrubbing action but still holds its shape even with repeated use. Excellent for scrubbing and degreasing parts in solvent prior to polishing and refinishing. Brass - Straight wire for a more gentle action that still gets through built-up grease, oils and fouling. Nylon - Tough, black nylon provides no- scratch cleaning of surfaces and recesses.
